A consolidated version of an EGLE internal VIAP training series that outlines a process and primary fundamental concepts used to conduct an effective and consistent evaluation of the VIAP. This presentation is based upon on Michigan Statute, Rule, Policy and Procedures, and available guidance and information. The process being covered includes key concepts that EGLE Project Managers assess when reviewing sites and submittals.
